Problem Description
In this problem, you are given an integer n
which stands for the length of an array arr
that is initialized with all zeros, except for a single position p
which is set to 1
. There is also an array called banned
that contains indexes in the array arr
which must always remain zero - these are the positions that the 1
cannot move to. You have the ability to perform reverse operations on any subarray of size k
